Allgreen Properties is launching the second phase of Pavilion Park, a development comprising landed terrace and semi-detached houses off Bukit Batok Road on Saturday.
The terrace houses will be priced from about $1.4 million each, while the semi-detached houses will be priced from around $1.8 million each.
These homes range from 2,926sq ft to 3,214sq ft inclusive of roof terraces. The development, which has an estate-in-perpetuity tenure, is scheduled for completion by 2009.
The developers are confident of a strong take-up on the units that are on offer, given the initial response during last week’s preview.
“We sold 70 per cent of the 43 units at a preview last week. This is not surprising at all, given that there are very few landed projects being offered island-wide,” said Mr Yong Voon Chen, the general manager of sales at Allgreen Properties.
When the first phase of Pavilion Park was launched in 1999, eager buyers snapped up 78 units that were offered for sale within four hours of the launch.
“We are at the upswing of the market at the moment and there is no better time than now to enter the landed property market. When the rest of Pavilion Park is developed, its value as an established landed housing estate will increase substantially,” said Mr Joseph Tan, director, residential, CB Richard Ellis.
The real estate services firm is the sole marketing agent of Pavilion Park.
