LISTED property developer Soilbuild Group Holdings has launched its Senoko Food Connection terrace food factories at Senoko Crescent for sale and lease.
The project, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in the food manufacturing and distribution industries, comprises 15 units of terrace factories.
Soilbuild said yesterday that unit sizes range from 1,000 sq m (10,760 sq ft) to 1,500 sq m (16,140 sq ft) each, giving a total net saleable area of 20,271 sq m (218,116 sq ft). Marketing agent SLP International Property Consultants expects the selling price to be some $140 to $150 psf. Soilbuild says gross rental is between $1.50 and $1.80 per sq ft per month.
Senoko Food Connection comprises two blocks. The North Block, with its wider and bigger units and front and rear entrances, caters to food manufacturers and cold room operators. The South Block has smaller units and is suitable for those in the food processing, packaging and distribution businesses.
All units come with features such as gas supply pipes, and a mezzanine floor which can serve as an office overlooking the production and sheltered loading bay areas.
In January, Soilbuild launched Pioneer Lot terrace factories in the Jurong/Tuas area for SMEs in the marine and oil and gas trade.
